Denn hervorragenden 16. Platz von über 85 konnte die Mannschaft mit Luftensteiner Freddy, Hintersteiner Roman, Wurm Markus, Voglhofer Johann, Voglhofer Johann, Ittensammer Martin, Gusenbauer Johann und Gruber Florian als Schlussläufer erreichen. Es war ein sehr anstrengender Bewerb für alle Teilnehmer die nicht nur mit den heißen Temperaturen zu kämpfen hatten. Diese Leistung ist hoch anzurechnen, da sehr gute Teams mit ehemaligen Profisportlern dabei waren, wie der ehemalige ÖSV Langläufer Christian Hoffmann.
